Morning gents. I can see a career in marketing for you both......'Car Park Stairwell'......im sure it would fly off the shelves😉😅 Got this one in the 'queue to brew'....cant decide whether to try it with the lager yeast or not. Brewed it a couple of years ago and wasn't that fussed, but that was probably down to my incompetence! Enjoyed the upload. Thanks fellas. Chin Chin🍻🍻

Nice to see you again, have any of you tried the Lalbrew Novalager yeast, its supposed to brew lager at ale temps? Nice review lads, I could watch this channel every day, cheers 🍻

Its a very functional beer based on your giggle-fits and one pint 😁 Have you chaps tried any of the spray dried malt kits like those from Hambleton Bard? I'm not a huge kit fan but I brewed their Lager Supreme a while back after a recommendation. Have to say spray dried malt will be my choice when I get too old/feeble to lift a BIAB mash 👴

No, we haven't used any spray dried malt kits. Something else for the future! There is such a long list.

Did you put the yeast in warm water before brewing? Or did you pop it in dry

If it goes in dry you have to go warm and turn it down once going. Used pre soaked at temp
