The Beginner's Guide to Sourdough Success: Watch Me Bake My First Sourdough Loaf & Create My Starter

I've always loved bread, but I also always thought that making bread from scratch is a very complex process. I started out with pre-made bread kits from the supermarket, and after getting a glimpse of how nice it feels to have freshly made bread, I wanted to go to the next level: sourdough. Watching videos made me more anxious than actually helping, because the process is quite complex, but taken step by step, it is less overwhelming. In this video, I will show you how I baked my first sourdough bread and what I did to there. Hopefully it helps some of you baking sourdough for the first time. :)

Could you expand on why it’s “rubbish”? I never said in the video this is the best bread or an ideal to follow. This is just my journey with my first loaf of bread. But happy to hear your feedback.
