It is so humbling to know that in a way we are all orphans and must not take pride in our lineage or tribes. I actually used to boast about my caste and lineage and judge others' behaviour in accordance with their lineage before I understood that only Taqwa matters to Allah. SubhanAllah may Allah protect us from being proud and ignorant and guide us to the straight path and bless us with jannah. Allahuma aameen!

@Take Profit Salaamualaykum... Bismillahi rahmani-r-raheem... From my understanding, Allah subuhana wata'ala is perfect in all ways, so much so that the Patience (in terms of Allah taking His time) behind the process of creation of everything He has created is Just Majestic. Coming to the word Kunfa yakun in relation to Allah taking His time, it is clear that the body and the soul are two different entities that are created separately. Allah took his time on Adam Alayhi salaam's body so it could come out perfect, since He created Adam Alayhi salaam with His own Hands. You would notice that even before our bodies were made, our ruh (soul) already existed. So, the Merging of the body and the soul to become one entity or to come into existence or to come alive is where the word "Be" and it was come to play. Because the word "Be" is a command for something to come into existence. You would also notice that, when Allah said "Be" to Adam Alayhi salaam was when he took his first breath of Air. That means the word Be made the body and the soul link up to function as one. I hope you understand this, I'm not a scholar nor am I knowledgeable. what I have wrote is just from my own personal thinking. May Allah subuhana wata'ala forgive me, if I'm wrong and guide us all towards the answers to all our questions. Salaamualaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuh.

Think of pregnancy..if Allah(swt) never wanted the pregnancy period to undergo different stages he could have just said 'be ' and the baby will be made instantly and given birth to....so the fact that Allah(swt) created Adam(as)in different stages because he wished to.. Allah(swt) is capable of doing all things.. I hope this little knowledge I am able to enlighten you..Allah knows best..

At the cost of sounding really inane, I am going to ask this question, is it possible to extrapolate from the bit about the different characteristics of the dirt that Adam was created from.. and how some of it is pure, some red and so on and so forth that maybe we are also different mixtures of these? i mean, I feel like I (and I know there must be many like myself) I can easily assimilate myself in any culture but at the same time i also feel like I dont completely fit anywhere, the only place I feel understood completely is with Allah. So there are people that are mixtures of the pur and the khabeeth etc

No one can trace their bloodline straight back to Adam (PBUH). All people are the children of Adam (PBUH) so no one should boast about their family tree or "bloodline" like some do about being related to the Prophet.

Don't worry about it too much, I'm Pakistani too and most Pakistanis are of Turkish/Persian (Iranian) descent..not Indian as you have been told...Indian only existed 250 years ago before the great move it was Persia.. so Pakistani could mean anything, Bangladesh didn't exist until pakistan sceeded East Pakistan to the the Bengalis, now east pakistan is Bangladesh...so don't worry about it too much. BTW we're the only Muslim country with Nukes!!!!
