The reality of the relationship they would have is yes, it would be toxic. Vincent isnt a good person nor healthy. Rody is dependent and extremely clingy. The best ending in my opinion is the one where rody quits and calls Manon. The relationship between Vincent and Rody would be survival, as another slightly better ending. It would just not mean death for Rody, atleast immediately. In no way would it be healthy.
