Fun fact about Zamasu va is that he’s the same guy who played Piccolo in the bad Hollywood Dragonball movie. But he’s a genuine fan of Dragonball so when Super was announced he went to Funimation to get any role they’ll give him. So they gave him probably the best new villain role for the show and he did it for free. He wanted to redeem himself in the fandoms eyes

Goku's always been that dumb. He's not great socially. He's literally exactly how toriyama wrote him. I agree that Toei kinda turned that up a bit but in the manga, it's more tolerable. Again, he's always been like this

Others have also mentioned this, but yes Zamasu is voiced by James Masters aka Spike from Buffy. He played Piccolo in Dragon Ball Evolution, the god-awful movie. James Masters was the only one on that film set that was trying to honour the source material and was so embarrassed and ashamed of the movie, he took the role of Zamasu under a pseudonym and offered to do it for free. Also ironic the movie being so bad is what got Toriyama to come back and write a good film, that film being Battle of God's which gave birth to Super. lol

You can tell that whis really likes Goku. 😂 And also, it's funny when Zamsu says; "Do you believe these savages will ever reach enlightenment?" It's more like he doesn't believe that mortals can reach enlightenment, but what's interesting is that In Goku's gi it literally says enlightenment. He literally fought one who already reached enlightenment and he didn't notice it. Which says a lot about zamasu.

That kai from the 10th universe should have taken Zamazu to a peaceful planet instead. Now Zamazu will think all mortals are savages.

So one thing I like is that the manga (which came out after the Anime) presents a version of events where Zamasu learns of Goku via watching the archives of the Universe 6 tournament. The two were destined to cross paths somehow, even if Beerus hadn't taken a hand in things.

Regarding how trunks looks "smaller" in Super compared to Z -If we take the actual real explanation; they just forgot how he looked back thenn and sticked to the "new" character design philosophy when making him. -If we take the "Theory" explanation; Saiyans need to eat a lot. And sadly, in Trunks future, he barely had any food to eat, so that possibly affected him a lot (At least in regards to muscle mass, power, and such)

11:00 lol you have to remember that Mai’s brain is adult so she looks at little trunks like a kid because he is and she really isn’t. So that’s kinda sick if they get together. BUT her body is a kid since she got wished into her “youth” again so adult trunks getting with kid Mai is also very very sick. Granted when she gets older they could be together like they are in the future. But Mai’s brain 🧠 (or at least memory wise because I’m hoping her brain is t old otherwise very high risk of memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s ) is in her 50’s. Although she never experienced a 50’s body so that last her she remembers is her 30’s. So 20’s body mai with 30’s brain and 20’s trunks is cool
