Oh no, in my opinion it is the whole vibe, the whole process...the laid back moments, the bursts of chatter and laughter, the comfortable silences...I could listen to that hard candy cutter banging down all day, I never once thought negatively about that part of the videos, not one single time. I still liked this video, but I felt like something was missing. And the notion of "repetitiveness" being somehow a negative is clearly not true...you make candy the EXACT same way in 100s of videos! Seeing you pour the molten candy for the 37th time is no less enjoyable than chilling with you guys while you cut it too. It's the magical combination of the candy making and hanging with you guys that makes this such a wonderful channel in my opinion.

Please don't change anything. I enjoy watching Steve and the corn syrup, the stirring of the " cauldron", pouring out , basically the entire process. The interaction is the best. You can tell you enjoy your work and working together. The packing is always enjoyable too

I’m quarantined in Italy right now so the trick is making my American husband doesn’t eat them before my pregnant ass can get home and eat them. I ordered two large boxes is creams. Personally I think it’s so cool how most of the stuff you guys have has been in you’re family for so long! A lot of history’s lost in candy making because people want more efficient and easier ways to do it but the fact you guys inherited and it’s over 100 years old is awesome 😊 and it also looks pretty cool

@@greenlawnfarm5827 All fastfood outlets are closed, so you either buy frozen or you make it yourself. We are also prohibited completely from buying alcohol and cigarettes (you can get fined for it. Illegal sales are rampant, though, and the police are arresting people for anything from illegal sales to loitering and mass gatherings. The government takes this very seriously and most people stick to the rules as well they can, considering we have large populations in informal settlements, many with HIV and TB or other Immune compromising illnesses)

Honestly when I clicked on the video I thought I would like it at least as much as usual but when the watermelon was getting close to being cut I realized I was really looking forward to that part and was disappointed when I couldn't see the candy being pulled and violently cut and squished. It's really satisfying to see the end product being made. Still, kudos for having the guts to take the risk of trying new things. It's really important! Sometimes you don't know until you try, and I'm sure you learned things in the process that will be useful in the future. Other than the fact that many people seem to like it less xD
