just like you, I love benchmade knives! but I have some issues that I never had with spyderco for example... my first bugout OG was the ranger green with coated blade, the coating is really weak and wears for anything, if you like, fine! but the cerakoted on my mini bougout CF elite is awesome! you can really rock with that finish! I am looking for the full immunity auto but not sure about the coating on the blade and that is on M4 wich isn't satinless as S30V on bugout family!

I have 7 Spyderco knives . Never had an issue either . My mini bug has also stood up very well over time . It’s really been great . Damn , I don’t know what the solution is for Benchmade ?

I do like the knife but here in uk prices for everything have become prohibitive. Im also not sure that the benchmade warranty is going to work as well as it does in the us.

I ended up getting one but still prefer the bugout / mini bug .. a friend told me the problem in the UK is mostly kitchen knives ? Crazy

@@OGtalks it's one of those issues we can't really legislate our way out of. Everybody uses knives every day. Any of the ones in our kitchen drawers could maim or kill us. So the current knife problem ,, there's a death every week ( in uk, thats unusually bad, its a quiet place) among young, often black, gang members, needs addressed in a different way. Its a cultural problem. Where I'm from in Glasgow there was a culture of street violence and use of razors that went back decades. It faded out in the seventies a bit when the old slums were cleared or renovated. Unfortunately it still exists with young poor white kids, this time. The black gangs are in English cities like London Nottingham Birmingham. Sorry, didn't mean to turn this into a social studies paper lol It must feel similar to the gov trying to prevent you guys using whatever firearm you see fit, after depressed kids shoot up a school. Although personally I'd keep semi auto rifles out the hands of anyone under 25, but that's just me. Cheers!

Don’t be sorry mate .. I love hearing about different parts of the world (even though in this case I wish circumstances were different) . That gang life is shit and kids stabbing each other breaks my heart . These more expensive knives aren’t what the kids are using and personally , I think a locking pocket knife is safer for the user as the blade doesn’t give and cut your fingers . Bureaucracy rules the world though . Knives really come in handy every day and using them as tool to do good is where it’s at . I have seen some guys in the UK still have locking pocket knives ?

Yeah man, thought provoking stuff Mr Drizlax... I have a current and a discontinued Benchmade, they're both at the highest quality and worth the money. I'm sure the new Immunity will be no different. I love the design on this one and the size is perfect, let's be real most of us won't need more blade than this one and m4 is bliss 👌 the "butterfly tax" will make this a hard sell to many people but in 10 years when it's still going strong with plenty of pocket time we'll know it's been worth it. Buy once, cry once... on a side note: how good were those shots from raven? 🤌🤌 Stella edit too buddy
