Glucosinoates are metabolised to isothiosionates, which yes are toxic if in high concentrations which are impossible from consuming the veg even eating cruciferous veg for breakfast, lunch and dinner for weeks on end. In the low concentrations you ingest from the phytochemicals have amazing properties not only being found to be anti-carcinogenic but also cell immortality (reduces ageing effects)

Bok Choy more look just like bones. This food specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don’t have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

My mom made a simply stir fry w bok choy, chicken or steak, onions, garlic, soy sauce and msg. The sauce produced is heavenly and it’s so tasty. Sometimes use Savoy cabbage but it’s more expensive and bok choy really holds up without getting too wilty.

Itachi Uchiha Hmmm... hard to say. I really really like oranges. I never really had them when I was younger (instead, I had orange juice for breakfast), so now having an orange in the morning is a real treat. What about you Itachi? What is your favourite fruit?
