Great info coach. I like the horizontal block. I saw a fight recently where Abraham Nova used this technique against O'Shaquie Foster. Foster went for the hard right hand and Nova used the horizontal block. Fosters right bicep hit the elbow of Nova and caused and injury to his arm which made the fight much tougher on Foster.

Rigondeaux actually uses this technique really well and he basically substitutes it in place of his jab as the main use of his lead hand.
