I'm still waiting on my items, I had a chat with some representatives at their store. It's normal that you haven't received your items yet as I believe they are "made to order" technically, hence the 10 day processing time, followed by another 7-12 day shipping. Though I agree that they should do a better job and at making this information absolutely clear, I kinda understand this move as they are still a start-up that has suddenly seen a massive rise in sales, so they are struggling to keep up. However, they reassured that all orders will be shipped.

Somehow nearly everyone else in the fashion industry seems to skip leg day 😂 Just a small note: I personally found the commercial part to be a tad too long for the video length.
