No beam comparisons? Also total lumen isent the only factor for brightness as "candela" is as important there... the tints and colors or the beams is very important too.. could have been really nice to see the beams in every setting of each...

I would like to add that tail standing in a tactical flashlight is the ONE setting where its not needed/wanted. A proud button is more easy to access, especially with gloves. Its the reason why brands like Surefire and Elzetta dont use them. Such lights are also usually carried in a holster, so accidental activation is a non-issue.

I totally agree with you! Even though I can appreciate a good flashlight, which all 4 of them are, I would definitely put the thrunite in last place. I would rather have a protruding tail switch for faster activation. But it just comes to personal preference!

@@machendachen I still love my 500 lumen surefire fury defender for a tactical light. Maybe my favorite line SF ever made, they even run on 16650 Li-ions.

@@machendachen They dont make them anymore unfortunately. Their current offerings only run properly on CR123, except the duel fuel models which are expensive. You can still find the 500lm p2x furys popping up on ebay, or perhaps some online stores still have old stock. Elzetta lights are also excellent, so is Malkoff.

So you can accidentally bump the tail switch in a pack which is an issue… but the side button is a non issue inside of a bag? That makes zero sense to me.

the side switch is flush with the handle so it would take a pointed object to press it the tailswitch sticks out so any pressure on anything would activate it...

@@cutlerylover to be fair the side switch gets turned on in my pocket all the time. I have burn holes in both my work pants pockets now lol. My keys fall through the holes. Still I love the flashlight so I don't care

Those are all nice lights but Sofirns C8L is a better 21700 tactical light imo. I produces more lumens and longer throw with a useable spill. I like its tactical mode, turbo, medium and strobe. And it's only 45.00 on Amazon with a good battery. Nice review.😊

I get a kick out of the tt20 flashlight everytime I use it. Everyone always tells me they have a bright flashlight until I pull this one out. Then they find out what a payed and they are even more jealous hahaha. Good job thrunite, Impressive as usual.

@@gerritzondag1585 it’s literally the only thing stopping me from buying it, I’m just gunna get a T2 instead. I work in areas where knowing exactly what I’m looking at is crucial color wise. My TC15 is amazing for this and has the best light per lumen output per setting Iv seen so far in a 18650. I wanna pick up a light with a 21700 battery and the TT20 fits the bill pretty well except for that Cool White. I just can’t have it.

The bssv4 is pretty much identical slightly less lumens but it might have a more natural white if I’m not mistaking

yes each company would think their light is better but numbers dont lie, the TT20 is literally the cheapest, how they work is preference...PS I found the TT20 the best of the bunch not Thrunite...They simply shared my video

You should use MSRP only for price comparisons, not amazon prices as those fluctuate wildly and even between sellers, even more between countries. You can mention the "street price" as a side note, but I wouldn't use it for price comparisons.
