I own a 2005 Toyota 79 series with the 1HD-FTE motor, I love it and wouldn't swap it for anything. I am such a 79 fan boy, IMO they are the best 4x4 and well worth the price. I'm totally hoping and drooling over the DMW build, it really does look amazing.

Totally in love. Even since my mate got a 76 wagon. Ive been in love with the lc70 series. Me and his wife agree the lc79 dcab is the pick of the bunch and your version is amazing. Cant wait to see it all finished. Keep up the great work.

What a Cruiser , job well done . All the mods ya done to it are unreal . All it needs now are VIC plates on it and parked in my drive . Ready for weekend trips to the Little Desert and big desert , going up the Murrayville track .

Absolutely nailed it in my opinion! Clearly alot of thought has gone into everything and as a result looks like everything has been covered. Love the rear storage compartment draw. What an absolute beast of a MAV (marriaty assault vehicle).

I'd have to say this Landcruiser 79 build is just epic in its design and build quality. I really like the tray with the built in water tank and the rear draw system!! Bloody legends :)

The 79 looks awesome.. great layout and practical storage. How much does the tray and canopy weigh and does/can a air compressor connect in where you can turn the water on? Such a great build guys only thing I would have done different is rooftop open other side as most people run fridges and cook out of passenger side so an awning that side but that comes down to preference
