Great video. Just a tip for anyone doing the brake light overlay mod. If the two red clips on either side of the brake lamp housing doesn't come out of the tailgate as shown in the video at 11:22, you'll have to pull them out, and slide them back onto the brake lamp housing. Then when you go to reinstall the brake lamp housing, the red clips will literally make a popping sound when they pop through the holes on the tailgate you removed them from. If you don't reseat the red clips properly, there may be a slightly larger than usual gap between the brake lamp housing corners and the tailgate. I hope this helps.

It’s the little things that make modifying a car such fun, you’ve done some great upgrades there. Quality boot strap and an LED boot light is so much brighter and useful, I did the same lighting upgrade on my Up! GTI. My fave mod though has to be the Abarth brake light, looks cool.

Every single one of those boot upper trims I took off at the dealer left the red trim clips in the boot 😂 Looking good but looks like you may have left the red clips out of the trim - once the trim is taken off you take the red poppers out of the boot with a trim clip removal tool and then slide them into the locators on the plastic trim so that you can push them back on when the trim goes back on!

Thanks for uploading, really enjoyed this (relatively) simple upgrades. The boot strap was one of my first purchases for my new 695 Comp! If you continue with further interior upgrades (im thinking carbon!) then please film and upload any installations. + I've subscribed, enjoy your Abarth. Paul, South Australia
