I can definitely confirm that if you drop this lens it WILL break. I dropped mine last week and it no longer works lol. Was a great lens to have though and I am gutted I can no longer use it. But will be soon getting a new camera so I am not replacing it just yet

I’m new to the photography scene so sorry if I don’t make much sense, so he said if you have a crop sensor camera which I do. The 50mm lens will end up looking like a 80mm lens, what other budget lens do you recommend to combat the sensor crop? So the pictures truly are or look like a 50mm lens after taking a picture of on crop sensor camera and looks just like the 50mm he is showing?
