I found one of their AK74's used at my favorite local shop. Called up RD in Vegas, and they sent me the build sheet. It was only 8 months old and had maybe been shot a handful of times. So I snatched it up quick. Yeah, they're not cheap ... even used ... but this thing is the smoothest shooting rifle I've ever touched.

I just fell into the exact same situation! Found an SLR105 that had been worked on and turned into a RD502. Got the rifle, 1000 rounds of 7n6 and 4x Circle 10 Mags for $2,000 :D

Nice catch. Damn sure hang on to it as most all AK74s have dried up. I had a Waffenwerks 74 but I decided to trade it for a spikes tactical 5.45x39 and it was a total POS that actually blew up in my face, was sent back, "repaired and then blew up in my face again. First time on silver bear and second time on hornady. So I had spikes sens me the parts I wanted and I built a long range 5.56 set up out of it and bought a century ak74 sporter (actually a really good build for century) shortly after I got mine alot of my customers wanted to get 74s and my distributors just dont have them. Arsenal I'm sure still makes them but if I remember right they run $1200+. My customer dont want to spend that much on box stock 74. They'd rather have me build them a custom AR to their specs. I can build an Ak74 also but most still would rather go with the custom AR builds. A y nice buy, and hang onto it because it will only go up in value.
