I am happy that you could enjoy it, hopefully it wasnt too much for your heart though lol. I was in charge of the finisher when zoro starts to jump on the floating rocks to the conclusion of the fight. And also did the king of hell part until the return to onigashima! Some of my friends helped me with some of my animation and the direction of mr ishizuka was out of this world. The whole team,the animators, inbetweeners, compositer, sounddesigner, art and episode director did the best they could!

What i noticed something interesting that: 1. Parallel between Zoro and King 2. Both vowed to their respective captains that they won't lose. 3. Both captains rescued their first crewmates from the Navy. 4. Luffy protected Zoro from bullets and King protected Kaido from bullets. 5. Both want to make their captains king of the pirates.

I think Sanji has the best episode when it comes to emotional moments, character depth. But also, Sanji got amazing animations last episode. The ifrit jambe is so good While Zoro has the best episode when it comes to the fight and of course, Toei go all out with the animations

A battle of will that is a staple of Luffy and Zoros fights especially since it often forces them to show how they feel towards the situation at hand it moves their character. Zoros character moment was far better as it actively pushes him closer to his dream and the entire point of the journey the character goes on to become the Worlds strongest swordsman and to fulfil his promise to his captain and child hood friend, Which IS ONLY amplified by him fighting King a character with a similar situation who is also fighting for a promise to his captain. THAT parallel gives the fight weight and we the reader/viewer can relate and root for not only Zoro but king too cause we know through zoros eyes how much it means to him to keep his promise to his captain and it comes down to a battle of who’s will and ambition is greater which is ultimately zoros which is why he accepts that he is a king and that’s manifested through his power up(advanced conquerers haki) which is brilliant writing on odas part to connect those concepts. Ultimately like I said it’s all subjective but I and many others, more than the number of people that would agree with you lol would agree that this episode had just as much emotional stimulating and impactful story telling the the last episode.
