1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar 60g
3 tablespoons of starch, 50 g
Grated peel of half a lemon
2 large cups of milk, 360 ml
A tablespoon of butter 20 g
A tablespoon of lemon juice
To decorate:
3-4 apples
Lemon juice
A tablespoon of sugar
A tablespoon of apricot jam or a tablespoon of honey
