i think your point of "making music doesn't have to be complicated" is spot on. for me at least, i have the desire to keep on adding to tracks but when i think back to what makes stuff i've made that i like the most cool is the restrictions that were in place at the time. often the endless choices a daw can offer can hinder my creativity. when i'm using my tascam 4 track, i'm much more willing to accept happy accidents and sounds that may not be exactly what i imagined, but work nonetheless. yt algo brought me here, but i subbed so i'll be coming back for more

I agree! Question…how many “open slots” does it have to save new sounds to? How many sounds can you save to it?

Each sound is saved with the project sequence and not in a library so I would say 16
