Now that he's retired it's strange to see Jamaican men not sprinting at that high level, but in everything there is a season and this was bolt's Era. Usain bolt will be remembered not only for being the fastest male athlete but Someone with a personality admired by the world including his rivals. He lighted up the track with not only his speed but his personality. This man's very name raises eyebrows, faster runners may be in the distant future, I don't know...... One thing I know,.... We will never have another Usain bolt ⚡

Matthew Biggin that is also an amazingly extraordinary achievement. I named two people, but if we go across the sports world, we can find a few other extremely dominant figures. When thinking of Bolt’s dominance, achievements, stage of competition, and how his performances will hold up over a lengthy span of time, I thought, “Is there any other athlete paralleling him in any way...”. Simone Biles popped into mind effortlessly, that’s why I mentioned her, not to take away from any other person that exudes this level of greatness. If anyone feels others belong, feel free to weigh in!

Lo Li Phelps had a great run in 2008 olympics winning 8 gold medals; That was special. I think it’s a great over all achievement. As far as individual events, I think many of his times will be beaten, but 8 gold medals in one olympics will stand the test of time for quite some time. His endurance and will to do that was special.
