I am in love with your channel and your bag reviews. If possible, can you review the Chrome Pike Backpack 2.0. What is the different from the original one? Thank you

First of all Bo, I love how you color-graded this video 😁 To answer your question, I would like a more everyday type bag with camera-friendly features. I love the idea of this bag, but I’m not so hot about how the water bottle compartment looks when it’s filled. It makes the bag look a little “off”, but that’s just me. Bottom straps would have also been a good addition, even if it’s just optional like Boundary Supply’s and Peak Design’s bags. The collection is a winner on the pouches though. 👍🏼

Thank you very much, Ferlin. The waterbottle compartment is always a very subjective matter. But I totally see your point

Thanks a lot for mentioning your height and the size of the bag and showing us the size of it on you! So hard to get that information online. Looks good.

I might have missed it, is this the 17 or 21 liter version? Thanks and nice review as always!

I see you got the Small Rig Cage for for your camera I got one for my Sony a6600 so I can attach a mike and lume cube and still use my flip up screen. Nice bag but the fraying zipper pulls could use some attention, I would probably use a lighter to seal the ends. The latest bag I'm interested in is the new Backstory from Think Tank Photo, it is of course a dedicated camera bag but it is kind of stealthy in its own way and its handle pass though sits the bag upright and it comes with a rain cover. I'm in no hurry I'm not traveling far anytime soon LOL
@Youknowthebo4 жыл бұрын
The cage is great. Makes the camera more heavier than it already is of course. Might need to switch to a smaller cage in the future. Yes, the zipper pull ends are fraying unfortunately. To be fair, this is a pre production unit. But a lighter will help of course

Looks a lot like the Evergoods bag but with external bottle holder. How does it compare?

Hey Bo, what's your take on the Caturix Backpacks? I know they are especially for e-gaming but I love the Attachader as a EDC. Would be awesome seeing you review it sometime soon, despite all the C Things going on :) Have a good one!

hi bo, is this waterproof backpack? maybe rain on bike everyday riding to work?
@iamrandyz4 жыл бұрын
Interesting concept. I see some big misses on this bag as well with the internal main compartment. But wanted to ask about the external material...looks like its fraying or getting work easy. How does it feel? Seems similar to original evergoods backpack that got dirty easily.
@Youknowthebo4 жыл бұрын
The material is very good. It does pick up dust, but it's not fraying. The only thing that is fraying ar the zipper pulls. But to be fair this is a pre production unit.

Hello Bo, been following you for a while and I am in search of a new backpack as I bought one large Intuos pro. Do you think I can accommodate an Intuos pro large inside this backpack along with my P1 ThinkPad?

Personally when I go around with m¥ camera I want something that allows me to quickly access the camera itself, so that I can store it and pull it out easily. This hybrid solution won't fit my use case, as you'd have to pull the backpack in front of you, then pull out the cube so that you'll be able to access the camera. By the way how are you getting on with your Red Wings? Do you find them comfortable coming from the sneakers world?
@jacobvu2294 жыл бұрын
the camera cube actually clips to the inside of the main compartment so you can actually access it through side access instead of taking out the cube
@Youknowthebo4 жыл бұрын
Jacob is correct. You can attach the cube and "hide" the cubes lid for quicker access. I love my Redwings. They have actually become one of my comfortable shoes. Didn't expect these heavy leather boots to become more comfy than some of my sneakers 😂

Hmm wie doll zieht er Tierhaare an? Und der Tech Pouch, im Vergleich zum PD Tech - ist der kleiner oder gleich? Dünner? Ansonsten viele Grüße aus dem Süden ;-)
@Youknowthebo4 жыл бұрын

Hey Bo, what are your favorite EDC backpacks right now?
@Youknowthebo4 жыл бұрын
Good question. Considering the lockdown I haven't used bags a whole lot the last few months. But I recently had to bring all my editing gear to a client. And the Blackember Forge was a champ. Really like that bag and it's definitely going in my top 5 this year
@M0nkee_mode3 жыл бұрын
what other hybrid bags are there?
@Youknowthebo3 жыл бұрын
Wandrd Prvke, PeakDesign everyday, boundary supply prima. All of these are photography bags that you can transform to regular bags by removing their camera cubes or internal dividers

Nice bag, I see it basically a cheaper option to the Brown Buffalo Conceal (looks wise). I'll most likely stick with my Conceal, but that camera cube DOES interest me! Thanks for the video!
