Today Today I am heading out of the tourist areas to what I think could be Bangkok's best night market for Thai street food! Sai Tai Center สายใต้เซ็นเตอร์ is around half an hour outside of central Bangkok and is right next to the Southern Bus Terminal so if you are heading to the Thai islands, make sure you head here first!
We had khao mok gai, Thai candy floss and a giant salad known as Som Tum Thad with all sorts inside including plara (fermented fish) and some crispy pork belly and only scratched the surface!

ถ้าเผ็ด ให้อมข้าวเหนียว หรือ ข้าวสวย สักระยะ .......ค่อยเคี้ยว แล้วกลืน .......หรือกิน เครื่องดื่มร้อนๆ ...... กินพริกให้เผ็ดน้อย ไม่ควรให้พริกโดนปลายลิ้น ......ปลายลิ้นจะรับความเผ็ดได้ดีกว่าส่วนอื่นของลิ้น ....if it spicy hold on rice or sticky ric in your mount for awhile .....after that chew and swallow. ...or grab some hot drink.

Thailand is land of fully happy smile people, even though we working within air condition room. hard work outdoor. work in heat over 8 hrs. The west side of Bangkok was once called Thonburi province. You should try ‘Thonburi market place’ which is located on the same road about 2 stops from this Sai Tai Center. It has more food options including fruits&vegetables. Enjoy!

It's very joyful video. I'm honestly glad that foreigner currently give a chance to try different Thai food out there. Because, Somtam or Pad Thai or Tom Yum Kung are quite basic now. There is also a variety of very popular dish for locals which you can find in made-to-order restaurant called locally as Ar Haan Taam Sang (อาหารตามสั่ง). Such as Pad Kra Praow, Stir-fried pork with garlic and many more. At that restaurant you can create your own dish by mixing your favorite ingredients and tell them what you want them to cook from their main menu. Please enjoy your time while staying in Thailand.
