@@nikhiljain7358 Not really. If we are talking fast bowlers, Anderson, Broad, Mcgrath, Walsh, Kapil Dev, Steyn and Pollock had more test wickets than Akram. Also some of them have played for a lesser time period than Akram but have better stats. You can't deny that Jimmy is a GOAT, he is playing in a batting dominated era and still took 700 wickets. Akram, Walsh, Ambrose, Kapil played during the time when conditions favoured bowlers or atleast neutral for both batsmen and bowlers. Yet Jimmy has more wickets, more 4fers and 5fers, almost comparable Avg, Econ, SR. Simple put, Wasim is a legend, But James Anderson is the test format's greatest fast bowler of all time.

I don't know , Jimmy played against Tendulkar from 2006 to 2012 ...That was the time when Tendulkar was far away from his peak, And struggled to get runs in 2 of his last tours in England. While Jimmy played against Kohli when he was at his peak, Smith was at his peak , Sangakkara was at his peak, Still he said Tendulkar.
