But why do i have to download like 20 mods to play one match? Also some of those mods say that their not sure if their safe, so how am i suposed to trust it if the website itself dosent even trust it

You can play games without mods if you like, it’s just most of the servers choose to have them. If you go on the server browser there will be mod less servers somewhere
