Worth mentioning. Copacabana is right next to the night market thats open till late hours so its super noisy there. I picked riviera Jomtien but ive been to both before i picked one. Riviera is less crowded and more quiet place. Also my friend who is a real estate agent said that there are constant problems with condos over there (water heater, electricity etc.) but here in riviera in lobby B one of the elevaters is sometimes out of order. Anyway both are great to live but for me who likes quiet places riviera was a clear winner.

Your first tip is to wait to look for Condo in the slow season if you are okay with it. Could you let me know when you think is the best time to be looking? Also, nice shot of Satan's squirrel at the 6-minute mark.

We think the same. Rivera is a little bit better than Copacabana. Because they have beautiful rooms for meet friends. We will come next year. Do you know the price for rent 50m2 We want to stay longer there. Best wishes Siri and Uwe from Germany

Camera angles can be deceiving!!! Walking thru condos we found them to be a bit smaller than how they appear on video.

I booked the Riviera Jomtien for a weekend and they cancelled my reservation while I was on the bus to get there from Bangkok…ended up sleeping in a bar girl’s crusty apartment but still had a good weekend

I have been going back and forth for a year on whether to move to Thailand or the Philippines. The quality of condo I can get in Thailand will probably be the tie breaker. My biggest concern is signing a long term lease with the visa situation. I'm not 50 yet so I guess I will have to talk to an agent when I get there about options. I'm planning on heading over in June, that's the slow season correct?

i lived in Phillipines before (boracay) and now i live in Riviera Jomtien. Way better and cheaper here but beaches better in BORACAY. Low season ends in september/october.

Nice front unit direct to the beach 45 sqm above the 20th floor sale for 9 mil bhat And a 2 bed front direct sea view above the 15 floor sale for 14.5 mill The side unit should cost chipper.
