Spoilers.... The moment where Kaladin save the dalinar's army is unbelievable after all the bad moments in the brigde, and happen in a natural conclusion to both arcs. It's was a awesome moment.

Yea, Sanderson has a super easy to read writing style. Mistborn and The Stormlight Archive are great places to start. Mistborn is about half the size and a bit easier, Stormlight has some full on worldbuilding but is one of the best all time fantasy series
