I don’t think I’ve ever seen bologna and eggs before. I used to eat seared cut up hotdogs mixed with some scrambled eggs growing up, and that’s so much damn better than it sounds. Especially with a little cheese. Bologna might actually be good too.

@Mr.ChimeTime, if you haven't already please get your cholesterol checked. You can feel great and be in perfect shape but none of that matters if your cholesterol is high. This can cause high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack or diabetes. Catch it in time like l did. It wouldn't hurt to get your A1C checked too. Many people including myself had no idea that l had recently become diabetic because often there are no symptoms. I'm now pre- diabetic and will be through with diabetes in a couple of months because i'm on Ozempic. Your health is your wealth. Thanks for the great content!

My friend, you would have loved a few places that have since closed up... Anderson's, John's Country Kitchen, Athens... Piedmont... San Remo, Liberty East, Knife and Fork... These were institutions of culinary delight back in the day... Livermush is an acquired taste that my father got me hooked on (may he RIP) . I have pan fried it, flat top fried it, deep fried it, and even air fried it. You gave me an idea with that pancake taco at the end. 🤣

We hit this place up today! So good! 40 min wait but sat at noon they were packed! We had pancakes, bacon, and I had the boneless pork chop fried with brown gravy and the grits were amazing place was incredible! And the chicken wings and waffles were amazing chicken wings were perfectly breaded and cooked to perfection! Portions are ginormous def going back

That’s the same thing that came to mind as well. I’m in Pennsylvania too. . I love scrapple and this looks just like scrapple, but I’m wondering if the only difference is they use liver only where scrapple uses other parts of the animal. 🤷🏽

Go to Flo's Kitchen in Wilson NC. "Cathead" biscuits with massive amounts of hoop cheese. Seems you like a little bit of sweet so maybe going on a Wednesday is best for you, since you can get a sweet potato biscuit. Open at 4:30am and close at 12pm. Thanks for reviews, good stuff dude.

I grew up in Oklahoma and in Oklahoma we have good cream gravy, and we have chicken fried steak. You can find it on biscuits and it's wonderful. *This is not the same as country fried steak hockey pucks that you find in North Carolina. Nc has no idea what chicken fried steak is*. If you want to see an example look up Del Rancho's Steak Sandwich Supreme.

@NikkiP_40 Sunflower Restaurant is definitely a spot to eat or get takeout. I'm here now as I message you. I ended ordering the fried platter, fried flounder with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. Then my greedy ass ordered a hot cake (pancake) as well. The food was good, especially the fish. I couldn't eat all of it, lol. I don't think I ate half of it. I definitely recommend it, tho. It is packed today as it is a Saturday. The wait was 30 minutes, and I wasn't waiting that long, lol. Just order your food to go if you want.

I.use to eat there every weekend until one Saturday the wife wasn't there and my wife got the Salom Patties and they was bad and the Husband didn't want to replace them and he came to damn near ever table but ours to ask how was the food!!!!
