Great that you mentioned the indian/chinese connections Wonderful food there Beef rendang The Satay you had looked good - but better from a restaurant with the real sauce imo Wonderful Chinese food there especially Malacca Also liked your curry mile in Rusholme. Keep it up. But please try some European food😂 not as tasty , but French / Italian are great tbh

While I'm here I just saw the detroit pizza video, totally binging your content, and damn man it looked good but £30 seems a lot considering size of the pizzas, town prices I guess. On the subject of pizzas though a place worth checking out is Prontos in Radcliffe they do an 18" pizza that starts and £12.99 and its lovely, also from that video you mentioned sushi, again in Radcliffe (at Radcliffe Market) there's a sushi place called Arigato, super nice place and it's all cooked, no raw fish, so it might be good for people wanting to try sushi but who may be a little intimidated.
