For my list, instead of having those 2 getatsu, I like to have 4 el thors and 4 of the earth won't lose. These events are crucial for protecting yourself late game because you're taking a lot of life with leader ability, and I find that I take a lot of life when my opponent swings at me. I completely dropped the ace because I found him to be a brick in my hand more often than not, and he was never really there when I needed him, nor did I ever need him much at all. Instead, I run Amazon. Haven't tested her much in Kalgara but she's pretty fun, either a free 2k counter or a nice way to trash opponent's life. So my list is quite similar, apart from the replacement of Ace with Amazon and the removal of the gedatsus in favour for more counter events.

Yeah more events are another great option for the gedatsu. I have been looking at running Amazon, another nice tec option for sure. From my play testing I was running less ace but there were a few games where if I had him I would have won so he went to 3. I’m happy with that amount but I see what you are saying about being a brick

It can work, but usually you want some active dons by endgame for defensive events. Usually the 5c Ace will be a better finisher than a 10c ace.
