Last week I played in locals and went 1-3 and my only win was a buy match. That night I found this channel and over the week I have watched countless videos. Tonight at locals we played 5 rounds and I went 4-1, against tough opponents. Truly great info on this channel, I learned so much from this video and the previous one that I put into practice! Thank you for making such great videos!

When you activated Brûlée trigger, you didn't use the Papagaya effect. Informative video though

I rewatched and noticed I didn’t. That was my fault but that would’ve been even better

No lie, this video was very good. The way you were able to break everything down. The way two sides of a similar situation could dictate the outcome of the duel. Certain plays show how it could cost you game.

Loved this video and the content drops as of late. A+ stuff! A note of constructive criticism tho as I consume most of your content and feel like you deserve all the success. Before i get to that tho I want to say, you ARE a GREAT player and analyst. There is no doubt about that. Sometimes repeating those facts can turn off some viewers (especially newer ones looking for this great content.) It is more effective to show this rather than say it imo. Other than that keep up the great content, love it!

You’re exactly right. I try not to say anything but sometimes I’m just happy I can do stuff like this. And it just comes out. But thank you so much man

Great commentary, should def make more. Could be locals stuff or discord stuff, I'd be particularly interested in like big tourney commentary. But, for like whole round not just sped thru 😂

You brought up the purple luffy match where you baited the lethal attempt and I think that’s an excellent example of recognizing the play your opponent is incentivized to make based on their deck choice and matchup and further incentivizing it. Notably, that purple luffy had a decent amount of cards in hand to the point where according to this video it might be a better call to grind out the game with like a blocker queen card advantage play instead. My question is do you think Sakazuki changes that paradigm since it can so explosively remove and build the board swinging the game without interacting with counter from hand?
@heartpiratestcg3 ай бұрын
You’re exactly right. The last thing I wanted him to do was get him to spend his don to possibly allow the game to continue another turn or two. So if you have the counter it’s better to bait to ensure they don’t save don for blockers or events when going for game next turn

New to this game and love videos like these to analyze play and see mistakes I make too. This croc deck looks pretty fun though, do you have a decklist on hand for it?

I do appreciate your insight and analysis this video. I thought Kat saved Gedatsu and didn’t attack early on because he wanted to bait the Kuzan 4c and make sure he had an out to it (opp life being 4). Interesting play though. Question, do you review gameplay videos? I have one I’d like a critique on, whatever steps needed lmk 👍🏽👍🏽

the 2 don at the end made a huge difference, he could have went 5 with leader taking 1 of hand and enel could have been 9k with the 2 don, 3 9k attackers with 8 don up would have been game for sure, 11k 11k 13k thats game 4 sure
@heartpiratestcg3 ай бұрын
Nahhh I had even more counter in hand but it would’ve been close

@thundershred883 ай бұрын
Awesome video man! I was wondering if you're opponent swung more efficiently his final turn, could he have won game? For example, if he invested 2 don per character and leader, he could swing: leader 7k, enel, 9k, and then 11k, 11k, 11k, with all 3 crocs. Would that have gotten through or would he still have lost? Would this have been his best bet? Thanks and keep up the great work!

No I had like an entire hand of counter so I would’ve taken 2 blocked 1 and countered out of the last
