the youth of copenhagen . have allways spoiled everything , toilets, trains . walls with their awfull graffitti . and when they get caught there are little to no concequence to their unlawfull action , and i agree it looks wery bad ,

Yes that's true. However I suppose it's the same in any big city, and not a problem unique to Copenhagen. Thank you
