Sorry I didn't see this sooner, Laura! You can use tomato paste but you won't need as much since it's more concentrated - how did it turn out?!

Looks great! I don't have a good processor, I've considered getting one. I will have to do my research. I bet this would be extra great to splurge with a few crumbles of Bleu cheese on top if you had some points to use. How could you not, with it only being 1 point. When I make this, I will make a special small batch for my vegitarian friend with fake chicken strips, diced of course. I made some chicken taco chili and made him some that way with the diced beyond meat chicken strips cooked in the air fryer then added to the crock pot and he said it could fool any meat eater. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I will make it next time chicken breasts are on sale, because I'm a penny pincher! He and I also love your skinny pizza dough. We made some with fresh rosemary added and it was a fun touch for variation.
