The best cake I've ever eaten! Juicy nut cake made from puff pastry!

How to do you get the whole eggs, even with beating so fluffy? Is the secret the pinchh of salt? Mine just get smooth and combined but not fluffy. Also my mixture is more yellow and does not lighten to that pale shade. I have to beat egg white separately from egg yolk and then fold them together to get the eggs that fluffy.

Hello ! Thank you very much for your comment! The most important thing is that the eggs should be at room temperature and the container in which you beat should be dry without a drop of water.The color doesn’t matter, if your mixture turns out more yellow, it means your egg yolks are darker than mine. But this has no bearing on the splendor of the mass.
