I played with Nordsjælland in the past and I was waiting for Essen to come back into professional football for quite some time, so I started an RTG with them as soon as I got my hands on FIFA 23.

I have a question, when you retire a player in career mode, when its manager mode, can you do "create a club". Also does the manager pickup from the world the player left, like of I retire david silva in 2026, will the manager career mode continue from 2026, or restart from 2022?

I didn't try it in FIFA 23 yet, but I did in FIFA 22. Not sure if I got you right, but it's like this: Assuming you do a player career with David Silva and retire with him in 2026, your manager career would start in 2026 as well. You'd also lose no progress, anything that happened while you were a player will transfer into the manager career (e.g. transfers). However, if nothing changed between the last and the current FIFA, you can't do 'create a club' after retirement.

Actually started a Nordsjaelland career last week as a start up of what i'm thinking may become sort of a journeyman where i'll take other offers if they come in. Love the content you put out!

I have done a save in Sivasspor after leaving the Romanian league for the club. One of the hardest saves i had and was hard to find realistic transfers. I decided to target other Super Lig teams and also the Portuguese league. 10/10.

I actually did a career mode with Espanyol in Fifa 22 and I had a lot of fun with it. It's definitely a sleeper...

I'm from Portugal and I always start a career mode with Nordsjælland. I think the first time I played with this team was around 2013-2014, at the time the reason was to get a team a with a samll squad, so I could build it as I wanted. After that they won the Danish league, and I kept playing with them in FIFA and PES. Last time I played a career mode with Nordsjælland, was in 2019-2020, where they had Kudus and Dasmgaard , very good players with good careers nowadays. Other think I enjoy in Nordsjælland, is the "rule" to have 5 players from Gana, I think they have school of football there, and they normally have a lot of diversity in the team.

Another great team that nobody uses is Seongnam FC in South Korea. They were relegated so won’t be in the next game, have won the AFC Champions League and lots of Korean titles - plus they have Mulic who’s a 6’8’ striker

Could you make a list of teams to use if you prefer using only players with scanned faces? Realism is important to me, and I want all my players to have faces

I played with Nordsjaelland in fifa 20 and had my best career ever. made Damsgaard one of the best players in the world and only used academy players. also, the danish league is a very nice league to play in, exepct the fact that there is no relegation.

As someone from Essen who is a supporter of Rot-Weiss Essen I have to point out that Dusseldorf, Cologne and Mönchengladbach are NOT part of the Ruhr Valley. Nonetheless it's sound like a very cool idea to sign only players from Ruhr yalley

I'll try BSc young boys with a twist. First season Kalidou Koulibaly to lead from the Cb position. Swiss and African transfers and youth academy 19 and under 2nd team. Not sure of the league they're in but the under 19 squad will only play the cup games Coroba, Europa...etc should be interesting

What I’ve been doing is playing on highest difficulty, keeping players on balanced, and spending my budgets on contracts and youth scouts except for a few signings which are level or lower than my first team. I’ve done this with Portsmouth and I’m currently fighting for midtable in my second season in the championship. Slowing my progress keeps me more interested

I always do Celta Vigo in La Liga. Team isn't good but they have a couple players with 80 potentials and then iago aspas is such an odd ball since the qhole team is like 76 rated and then he's 84 like... what.

So, I never bought Fifa 23 or 22 so I am still playing 21. And I recently went to Denmark for an aprenticeship and coincidentally the regional club from were I worked got relegated and haven't been in Fifa since Fifa 21. Also SonderjyskE is a union of basiclly the entire danish side of German-Danish border regions... I decided to make that career even harder by only using youth academy players without having a clue how to actually use it

I like doing a Salford career but only buying ex Manchester United academy graduates (owners are class of 92) and calling stadium Carrington (Man U academy facilities) or you can do an easier version with Paris FC and PSG academy graduates

@@ryanan8082 I also believe that however many years you spend as a player is included into the 15 season limit. So if you played 5 seasons and then retired and became a manager, you would only get 10 seasons as a manager. I might be wrong about this installment of the game, but it was definitely the case in prior installments.

Espanyol comfortably a mid-table team? This didn't age well being they are in one of the relegation spots after being promoted a couple of seasons ago.
