Feels like not a great solo queue carry because the hero is so reliant on your team. To maximize the hero you need supports to stack, other heroes to control the other team and finish your kills etc

Not only Luna but also Drow Ranger is very strong. Melee heroes being easy to play distracted players from how good Luna and Drow Ranger are. Currently, Ursa is pretty bad actually, worst laning ever.
