Niagara Falls Canada - cloudy with drizzle (very light rain) and a bit Chilly (cold). It’s 5C but feels like 1C with the wind from the lakes! Niagara River which runs over the Horst of the Falls connects Lake Erie in the Southwest to Lake Ontario in the North East! We actually are in Fort Erie - The Peace Bridge to Buffalo NY USA but nobody knows this little town which is actually part of “The Niagara Region”. Thanks for your delicious recipes! Excellente recette qu'on peut adapter avec d'autres légumes, n'ayant pas d'épinards j'ai mis du brocolis et n'ayant pas de poireaux j'ai mis oignon/échalotte et une gousse d'ail..en épices j'ai mis thym et origan+ un peu d'épices du monde..Nous nous sommes régalés..Etant 2 personnes, j'ai pris des 1/2 mesures et c'est parfait..Donc la recette ci-dessus convient pour 4 personnes..Pas eu besoin de la sauce d'accompagnement tant c'était savoureux tel quel. Merci beaucoup
