Vegetables are nutritious and a valuable source of vitamins, minerals, organic acids and carbohydrates, fiber and vitamins. Good health and a delicious dinner to everyone!
Preparation and ingredients:
1 leek.
3 carrots.
1 red pepper.
Chives.
4 potatoes.
Fill with water.
Spinach 50g/1.76oz.
Squeeze the potatoes.
Dill and parsley.
4 eggs.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Olive oil 4 tablespoons.
Flour 4 tablespoons.
Baking powder 1 teaspoon.
Mix well.
Milk 4 tablespoons.
Basil 1/2 tsp.
Dried garlic.
Black pepper.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Cheese 100 g.
Mozzarella cheese 100 g.
Cook in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 1 tablespoon.
Dill.
1 garlic.

Niagara Falls Canada - cloudy with drizzle (very light rain) and a bit Chilly (cold). It’s 5C but feels like 1C with the wind from the lakes! Niagara River which runs over the Horst of the Falls connects Lake Erie in the Southwest to Lake Ontario in the North East! We actually are in Fort Erie - The Peace Bridge to Buffalo NY USA but nobody knows this little town which is actually part of “The Niagara Region”. Thanks for your delicious recipes!
