MAP makes a power steering reservoir and club spec makes a cover with different colored caps if you want.

Nice, I’ll have to look into both of those, thanks man!

Check out the ClubSpec Chicago power steering reservoir aluminum cover. They also have some other pretty good items to help dress up your engine bay. I purchased their mivec solenoid heat shield and it works great. For cam sensor heat shield I had to use JDC brand because it seemed to be the smallest one I've seen as the space there with my tubular manifold is really tight so it's very hard to get one on. Only complaint with the JDC one is I wish it was a little bit taller to help cover some more of the sensor wires. But I wrapped those with DEI reflective tape.

Good to know, thanks man. I’ll definitely take a look through club specs inventory 👀

Clubspec one is better because the lines are fully black! STM does a replacement t reservoir also

You should contact MAP for the latest catch can cooland leak fix. They didn’t ship you the latest revision. It’s the revised cooland cap with a breather hose.

I have one in mines too, just got it back from the shop 8 months. Mine can never come with the screw cap. Map gave me the drain kit as a gift...Presently doing break in now..

Nice man. Good luck on your break in!

MAP makes a power steering reservoir the same material as the catch can

Nice, I may go that route so it matches 🤔

@@ChrisDoesCars yeah man! I missed my 95 civic hatchback, if that car wasn't totalled back in 2006 I'd still have that until now. The price for that car has sky rocketed.

Hey man did you ever fix the lean issue on your evo x?
@ChrisDoesCars2 жыл бұрын
It ended up just being a bad wideband sensor 😅
@gillysmobileautospaanddeta89472 жыл бұрын
@@ChrisDoesCars lol I had the same issue with AEM wideband sensors so i ditched the aem wideband gauge and went with prosport gauges so far I haven't had any issues going on 1 year and still going strong.

Have you noticed fumes in the cabin from the catch can?
@MrJaguilar4132 жыл бұрын
Hi, I recently installed the same one. Coolant is leaking out from the top from the reservoir lid/ bolt. How tight does it have to be? I don't want to over tighten it.
@ChrisDoesCars2 жыл бұрын
@@xaviermaddoxjr1 not as of yet 😬
