I've been using CDs for years never seen it like it is right now I'm going short term just bought a 6 month CD because I think rates will go up more and I want to lock in a five year CD hoping early 2023 we may see 4% or more.thanks for the great vedio

It’s a certificate of deposit at your bank. It just locks your money for a set amount of time w an okay interest rate

If you want no risk, then I’d go w CD’s, but 6 years is a long time. The stock market will outperform inflation over time, but there is risk

I would go for two year w a bump in your shoes. There’s no risk and you can reevaluate in a couple years. Plus if you cancel early, you’ll just lose a little interest
