But then again in addition to dividents you'll also get market gains - if the stock jumps up by 10% it will also have those 2,5% divident gains on top right?

Lol. I've been making between 10 to 15,000 a month on Yield Max stocks & I've only been investing since March.

At that price, where Coca-Cola is, is a terrible investment. REIT’s are the best investment they get you around 10, 11, to 15% yield.

Finance a used car😂😂 Pay cash for a used car. Only buy one you can afford to pay in full.

Invest in the S&P500, as much as you can really. Pull a second job, invest all your extra income in it. Hold it forever, reinvest your dividends until you can live comfortably off of your dividends. Keep an emergency fund, 40Oz of silver, and invest the rest.

At that point youre not even beating inflation really. You are maybe keeping up with the market, and this all assumes your shares dont depreciate a lot due to the market
@HonestFinance18 сағат бұрын
Ya, the shares need to go up and beat inflation too. Otherwise, you'll lose in the long-term

This of course inserts risk.. with of course some upside. If you want safe you could just put this in a high yield savings and earn 4 percent instead of 2.59 with no risk. But also no upside other than interest.

I love how real you keeping it💯 To you guys who might feel discouraged investing 4k a month is 48,000 yearly. Someone with a 100k salary that makes 8k a month can probably even invest 5k monthly living off 3k. Live below your means save,invest in long term Index funds & ETFs for safer diversified portfolio. Time to change our life’s let’s support and aide each other 🎉🙂

I was once told don’t put all your eggs in one basket along with that you would want to diversify a portfolio with multiple companies to make up that $1000 per month just my thoughts on that
@HonestFinance18 сағат бұрын
Ya, just stick with an ETF then. One stock, but multiple companies.

So stocks like these works for people with alot of cash! Instead of putting 46k in the bank and letting it sit for 1 percent at the end of the year they let a stock that doesnt drop as much hold the 46k and for 5 years they make 1200 x 5 =6k now they have 52k and maybe the stock is worth a little more in 5 years that 46k is now 50k +6k! If u reinvest the dividend now ur 46k turns into 47.2k at the end of the year and the dividend amount goes up every year just a little because u have more than 46k at the end of the year! If your not rich just buy 1 stock at a time a month that pays dividends in a company that you believe in and you think will be here for a long time! Ex. $50 stock gets you $3 dividend a month 12 stocks $600 get you a extra $36 a month and u still have your $600 $6000 gets you $360 a month dividend and you keep ur 6k $60k gets you $3600 a month dividend n u keep ur 60k The rich lets the $3600 build up for almost 2 years or until they make a extra 60k now they at $120k Now they making $7200 a month doing nothing 70 percent of they dividend income pays bills 10 percent for personal use 20 percent for savings😂 The 20 percent for savings goes into more stock with dividends😂! Im writing a book thank me later

Ya that's a little expensive on the interest side. I'd just refinance as soon as you can with a local credit union.
