So hypothetically if I had monthly paying dividend such as O (Realty Income). I wanted to make £100 off that investment monthly. Realty Income currently has a dividend yield of 5.73% of this comment being published. Using this method you explained, I would do 100 × 12 = 1200. Then 1200 ÷ 0.0573 = £20,942 to make that a monthly dividend. Is this correct?

I disagree with this advice Only pay cash on a car. Plenty of cars out there $5000.00 give or take that will get you by while you save for a better car. The money you save on not having to get full coverage insurance can be saved for a better car

Vehicle amount is $42,990/destination fee 1,390 / order fee $250/minus instant federal tax credit of $ 7,500 for this EV car . Total of $37,130 plus tax and other misc small charge. My question is. This is near impossible if you make less than 120k a year. The average medium suv is 12k a year which is 10% of 120k. This logic is near impossible
