My favorite researcher, the videos you posted to your channel are all helpful. Keep posting more…in the future, try to add a tutorial about pumping any fluid

Dear Mr Romuald, could you complete your project? I did it with the same model with a bit of changes in boundary conditions. I am planning to add this work on my eighth Udemy course. I will publish it within a short time.

Awesome, outstanding video! If you have the time, can you also explain what the values of turbulent energy and the force in the x direction mean and why their not as important compared to the torque value in the y direction?

Do you think this technique would work for simulating a oil pan on a car? I'm working on an fsae car and we want to simulate in cfd analysis the effect baffles would have on it.

As the tank accelerates in the x-direction, the liquid inside it should move in the negative x-direction. But in SolidWorks, it's not happening. Why?

Hello sir, how do model the cylindrical tank? Can i have the stp file of the cylindrical tank?

I have stp format but there fluid body is not created , the geometry is non- uniform .. what is the way to apply fluid domain and follow the tutorial?
@CFD_GUIDE3 жыл бұрын
There must be some problem either with the geometry or with the boundary conditions. Please check boundary conditions carefully. While performing internal analysis exclude cavities without conditions should not be checked. Check geometry & check the option "Improved geometry". If it is not solved, send the file in Parasolid format. I will check

i am working on sloshing for fuel tank..can you please share how to do meshing and how to directly import the model for simulate also share the process for doing sloshing
@CFD_GUIDE3 жыл бұрын
If you are having the model in other CAD Platform then you can save it to any Solidworks supporting extension like Parasolid or something supported with SolidWorks. Wgile meshing you can go for easiest option like global meshing with higher refinement level like 4 or 5

@@CFD_GUIDE Thank you so much for your prompt answer but i dont able to filling it up hence my model consist of fuel and air. Please guide for the same or share any tutorial so i can complete the project.

It should be a free surface problem

Your boundary condition is not clear. Car is initially moving with 40km/hr. Itvis OK but total duration is not provided and even 0.5*g force is provided on car. This is not clear. You can follow this video exactly excluding the boundary condition. As your BC is different. Perform 2 different simulations then its results can be compared from result analysis

I have a lot of videos containg conensation and evaporation. Actually in a refrigeration cycle cindensation and evaporation both takes place at different places. Plz check these videos provided as links

@CFD_GUIDE3 жыл бұрын
@@marwanmohamed8299 as a boundary condition only atmospheric pressure can be applied on any opening above the tank and to create a sloshing effect some kind of velocity or acceleration graph to be prepared based on actual data.

You can copy the property of any hydrocarbon like methane, ethane, butane etc. then change its property as per your requirement and use as a customised fluid.
