It’s a good alternative for friends who are alcohol free. I’m a little apprehensive since the wine and kirsch gives the dinstictive flavour to the fondue, I will try . PS those forks are meat fondue , they specific cheese fondue forks

Pretty sure that after you cook it until all the cheese melts, all the alcohol is long gone evaporated
