THE BEST Chocolate Cupcake Ever!

Baking time is 15-20mins at 180C.
[always do a toothpick test for doneness}
Chocolate cupcake
2 ounces (or 1/3c) chopped chocolate / chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sour cream
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2c canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
whipped ganache frosting (2:1 ratio)
2c chopped chocolate
1c all purpose or heavy whippipng cream
(melt together then rested for few hours or overnight before whipping)

I tried this last weekend Kuya Boyet and it was perfect! Kahit 3 days na po super rich and lambot. Ang galing! Thank you for sharing. 🥰 I'll do this recipe from now on. Btw, substitute sourcream po ginamit ko kasi wala ako mabiling sourcream. Pero ang perfect parin po nya for me. Ito narin po gagamitin ko for my round cakes. Thank you Kuya Boyet!
