As a #Tournament #Co-Angler for several years, I have experimented with many tackle bags, backpacks, etc. There is nothing more challenging to a co-angler than to figure out how to bring as much tackle as you possibly can in the smallest space. In this video I show you everything I take with me in my tackle bag for a successful day of tournament fishing as a co-angler. I have learned to whittle stuff down, and condense as much tackle as possible. I prefer to have a bag small enough to fit in the boat compartment behind the seat. Most backpacks simply won't fit. After years of experimentation, I have settled on this great bag from Flambeau called the AZ6. It is a superb bag in so many ways. It is small, but has tons of storage options. It has a hard waterproof bottom, it is cleverly designed, it really is just about perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, the new AZ6 bag has changed some and consequently has lost some of it's best features, so I do not recommend the new AZ6 bag. But, if you can find a used version I would snap it up. My new alternative bag is the EGO Fishing Tackle Box Bag. It is nearly perfect in it's own right and has many features that I look for as a co-angler.
