Absolutely, it's a fantastic idea, just let them sit on ice for about 3 months before running at them again, just run a bunch of others in between.

You can't message people you're not connected to unless it's via INmail, so no...

About 5 days or so, you can be more aggressive and go with 4 days if you'd like, I like to be more aggressive personally.
