Any have any advice on how to find employees at Fortune 500 companies that aren’t listed on LinkedIn? I’m trying to find “head of construction” or “project managers” and it’s extremely difficult?

I'm sending around 1000 emails per day (5k per week) from the same email address through outlook. Is it bad to use the same email address? I've seen you and others recommend only sending 50 per email address per day. Any advice? Thanks.
