Recipe and ingredients:
Peel and grate 1 small red beetroot.
200 ml of water.
Puree with a mixer.
Strain through a strainer.
Set aside.
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
150 ml of milk.
Place on the stove over moderate heat.
It is ready when the mixture becomes creamy.
Pour into a bowl and let cool.
Add 3 tablespoons of beetroot juice and mix.
1 teaspoon of argan oil.
12-14 drops of vitamin E oil.
12-14 drops of rosehip oil.
Use 3 times a week for best results.
Apply this anti-aging cream to your face, neck and décolleté.
Leave on for 25 minutes.
Second recipe-face Serum:
2 tablespoons of beetroot juice.
3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel.
10-12 drops of jojoba oil.
1 tablespoon of vegetable glycerin.
Mix well.
This serum, in addition to helping to fight aging, it will give your cheekbones a slight pink color!
Apply to face, neck and décolletage.
Leave on for 20 minutes, then wash off with water.
Use 3-4 times a week. Store up to 10 days in the refrigerator.
Take the rest of the beetroot juice.
Pour into ice cube trays.
Use every day for 7 days.
Treat the face, neck and décolleté with ice cubes. You can also treat the area around the eyes.
Your skin will be smooth, soft and supple.

Can these 2 recipes be applied to the face in succession as instructed and on the same day? I have been very fortunate to have great skin throughout my life. I never used foundations, used very little makeup and only for special occasions. But time is catching up with me, the lines and sagging skin have become more pronounced.
