This seems very interesting. I was going to get a GK61, I already purchased some Akko CS Ocean blues for it, but do you think i should hold on and wait for the AK84S to release? I use macOS and the software of the GK61 was one of my worries. Great Video btw!

you can use the same software with this board!! This might be the winner for you lol... I’m making a GK61 video soon-ish so you could wait for that, but I wouldn’t stop you from pulling the trigger on the AK84. Thanks btw!

Sebatech i would pull the trigger but its a kickstarter right? So i cant rly get it until june 23rd. I’ll wait for ur vid tho, i rly like 60%s lookwise but 75% are just that much more functional, what with the function row and arrow keys (i play minecraft so the function row is p useful) but i read somewhere of thr GK61 not being programmable on mac so that was my worry.

@@teepz04 Yeah I’m pretty sure the shipping is around that time... The keyboard itself does address all those concerns you had, so I would say wait, depending on urgency... I also may or may not have that GK61 video out before shipping time for the AK84.

That is honestly a great question. And true. You might have the best luck joining the Discords of some keyboard companies, and then talking to people in whatever keeb or general chat section. I find that group buy servers (i.e. based on GMK sets) have some really nice knowledgeable people, and you'll find more interaction on ones based on more popular sets. Hope that helps!
