When I saw the fly I laughed SO hard lmao, I did not expect that but nonetheless your video is helpful in a way because I'm new to keyboard mods and customs so I'm watching a bunch of videos right now while I wait for my Tofu65 (in white as well) to come in, I also got the durock v2 stabs. I can't wait honestly. Despite this video being 3 years old, still was helpful and fun to see how other new builders would build their keyboards!!

Is my keyboard weird, because the usb c port is on the pcb and the mounting points would pass through the pcb. So i think if i tried the o ring mount, the usb c port wouldnt be meeting the hole on the case anymore.

This is probably a dumb question, but is this considered a plate mounted, or pcb mounted style? Did you remove the 2 pins off of your 5 pin switches? Or can you keep all 5 pins?

im falling in love with 65% layout after 1 week learning about mechanical keyboard finally i found it. they call it "layout"

I've found the Durock V2 wires to be really inconsistent and constantly rattling after a while even after holee modding and lubing generously. I've opted to go for Staebies or TX Stabs from now on. They cost a little extra but they're 1000x better and have tighter tolerances.
