I'm pretty sure with draconic mastery it just works out better to play for tempo and not worry about nomsy, that was how I played it and it was a very easy winout flexing with whatever bruiser and ad carry I found... but that was also only one game so idk how real it is

Arcana Varus Warriors would it be better to replace qwen fiora and put camilie and jax ? so you can go 3 multistrikers 5 arcana heca team with everything else as it is

That's another variation you can play but Fiora/Gwen give you much more damage to be less reliant on Varus' skill which can be very hit-or-miss. You can also just not play Fiora/Gwen and play strong 5 costs like Briar and Diana

Correct me if I'm wrong, but i believe that the only thing that makes the portal trait strong is if you hit 10 portals right? Otherwise the comp is straight up meh

It's good if you get portal emblem because you can hit breakpoints sooner and flex the comp more. If you try to just run portal all game without the +1 you'll get rolled unless you're playing in pretty low elo like silver or something

I thought the new Gwen AI felt weaker. Everywhere i could find online said the AI update was a buff but I never felt that way. I might just be playing her wrong now but its nice to hear that others have noticed a dmg drop off. It sucks cause she was hella fun to use as a back line killer before.

Holy shit for someone that just started playing this game in set 10. This set is driving me insane. How the fuck am I supposed to keep up with all the changes they make if I don't play every single fucking day. It is so demoralizing to feel like I made huge strides last set, then at a stand still this set because every time I get on, major changes have happened and nothing is the same.

Yeah I just started playing again a few days ago and my last set I played was set 3 or 4. I really enjoy the game but changes happen way to quickly and there isn't much skill involved, just pure knowledge. I like the fact it is mostly knowledge based but it's like a full time job to maintain the knowledge base.

Read the patch note? Watch Mortdog patch rundown? Watch Frodan tier list? There's literally a lot of things you can do. It doesn't even take an hour to learn the new patch if you have the fundamental to play the game. It's not like they made gamebreaking changes every patch. I started in set 10 too and played the game once a week but I am doing just fine keeping up with the game so why couldn't you

I just play reroll Ashe, Jax, Kassadin or if I hit them early I reroll hecarim too. So flexible

Idk what to do anymore. Just got a portal emblem on the first gold augment and then made a portal emblem on 4-4 but couldnt make my team stable because I couldnt find ryze. I have 2 star ahri tryna carry my team. Still a top 4 but that was supposed to be a 10 portal game and im so maaad

It means to play for a trait so for example if you play vertical mage you'll try to play 7 or 10 mages , while if you play mage flex you're maybe just playing 3 mages and then try to find units from other traits that complement your mages

I feel like it’s rarely focused on but so important to the game. Do you think you’d be able to either make videos or feature on TFT academy who the best early/mi/late game item holders are? If I got a Pyro Emblem why can't I go 5 Pyro 4 shape-shifter and 3 dragons? More execute less tanky and they buffed dragons. ( I don't know how good 3 dragons are. So give me some advice). There is one problem with this build IT DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT PYRO EMBLEM. Caps means important.

I feel like gunblade on an early augment is underrated. Usually you never slam gunblade early, it's bad, because it's not a priority, you need damage items or tank items, not support, and gunblade is more like a 3rd item really. But if it's GIVEN it chances evrrything to me. A lot of game I destroy the lobby with just a Guinsoo or a statick + gunblade with cassis 1 and a level 2 bastion frontline (Poppy + Lilia) because the few heals from gunblade make the frontline a lot harder to kill in early game (a bit like the redemption slam early game last set)
