I only have 60Hz with my Monitor even tough it can have up to 180Hz on my Ps5. I know that it‘s limited to 120Hz on PS5 and it also says that it supports 4K event tough my monitor only supports QHD so 2560x1440

24fps. Get blue rays if you want better quality. You will still have 24fps.
