What do you think are the best standalone Pokemon? Like that aren’t part of a set core, but rather can fill out pretty much any team. Think Rillaboom, Gholdengo, etc…

I gotta say hisuian electrode has been one of my favorites. Timid outspeeds scarf basculegion and ohkos water tera variants with chloroblast. Reflect/volt switch for utility and light clay to help your setup. I have electric terrain as my 4th move to help against psyspam and amoongus.

I would say the 3 best are arch, Gholdy and Kingambit. Rilla also super good

i just have to say, ive been playing palafin a lot lately and for some reason NO ONE expects the tera water jet punch onto the typhlosion, and it usually OHKOs. I do have to say though, i am using a pretty odd team, but it does hold its own against some of the popular stuff. The main reason i was able to OHKO the typhlosion was because of weezings neutralizing gas which stops the priority sunny day from whimsicott. The main issue would be the bloodmoon ursaluna that comes after, i now have citizen palafin in the sun and weezeing, a poison type with low SpDef against bloodmoon ursaluna... Honestly i just need to get better with team building

Palafin honestly not getting enough love right now. Can the baby form KO Typhlosion? If so that's kinda crazy, I definitely think it pairs super well with weezing

@@ScooteezyVGC yes, the baby form can OHKO a max SpAtk and max Spd hisuian typhlosion, although it uses tera and isn't guaranteed unless you run adamant (it can still OHKO in jolly too, but not as consistently, and same deal, needs tera) edit: I forgot to mention I am using mystic water, which is a pretty big deal to leave out, so mystic water and tera water with 252+ atk will guarantee an OHKO using jet punch against a max spatk max Spd hisuian typhlosion AND talonflame in baby form

Should be 45- 15 a day, though you can make up games if you don’t do all 15 on a given day

The cap is 15 per day, but most players don't recommend playing all 45, but it really depends what your goal is
